Registration
Please send in the three-page registration. The stake is covering the cost of Trek this year so you will only be responsible for providing youth with their clothing and gear.
Download and fill out the three pages: Intake, Medical, Media Release. Next take clear photos or scan your completed forms and text or email the images to
janysefrerichs@gmail.com.
If you think your youth might attend Trek from June 22-24th, register now and let us know if plans change.
Final deadline is March 29th.
